This snare features yet another unique material, to the ddrum arsenal of snares - brushed iron. With a decidedly "steampunk" look this snare has a sound that is both warm and aggressive. The shell is crafted using 1.2mm rolled iron. The 5.5" depth keeps response quick, while die-cast hoops allow the drum to sing at its fullest potential. Rounding out the visual statement, ddrum new single point, round flange lugs give the drum a distinctive visual appeal.
