The 14x5.5 snare drum are a 6-ply, 6mm birch shell with 45 degree bearing edges, 1.6mm 8-lug steel triple-flanged hoops and 20-strand snare wire. Offered in 7 different finishes. The 10x5 and 12x5 snares offer a 6 lug, 1.6mm 8-lug steel triple-flanged hoops and 16-strand snare wire. Only offered in Natural wood finish
